His writings have been published in numerous places including Forbes.com, Investment News, Austin Business Journal, Austin American Statesman, MarketWatch.com, MSN Money, SmartMoney and many more. Mr. Lowenberg's insights on "Making Your Charitable Donations Count—Five Tips in Choosing the Right Charity," were featured on MarketWatch.com. He is also a contributor to the book entitled Family Wealth Counseling—Getting to the Heart of the Matter by Mr. E.G. "Jay" Link, one of the foremost experts on issues and strategies relating to charitable planning techniques for wealthy families.
Mr. Lowenberg is a member of a number of industry organizations, including: the Association for Advanced Life Underwriters (AALU), the National Association of Insurance Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and The InternationalForum. Carlos is also Chariman of the Board of City Schools Austin and a member of the board of the Austin Lyric Opera.
